This fireplace with banco chairs was made using American clay and straw. It has the appearance of unfinished cobb-adobe. To make the Saltillo tile floors look older, they were dark stained. Red Western

In this custom showplace, kitchen appliances disappear into the art wall, which adds vibrant color and energy to the non-traditional kitchen. The wall is clad in reclaimed barn wood, and artist Rob Stenberg painted the design on the panels. Touch-latch cabinetry keeps the wall looking more like an art installation than kitchen cabinetry. A custom hemlock block island looks time worn and was fabricated by the homeowner.

This penthouse in Seattle, two stories high, is the second home of an L.A. couple. For example, the 5-foot-long, chainmaille chandeliers in the entry hall make a big impact. A Bob Marley photo set is also featured throughout the home. Leanne Ford has mastered the art of creating visually interesting tableaus. A wooden midcentury modern cabinet is topped by a photograph, and two sculptural objects. This was as seen on HGTV’s Restored By the Fords. Samuel Design has taken on the challenge of giving a 200 year-old house in Old Santa Fe (New Mexico) a contemporary, clean look without sacrificing its original character. To strike the perfect note, they used a light touch. They allowed the architecture to guide them. While keeping the color palette simple, they added a few pops of warmth and rich texture through accessories.

This Seattle penthouse is the second residence of a couple from Los Angeles. It boasts a two-story floor plan and reflects their eclectic tastes. Chainmaille chandeliers that measure 5 feet in length make an impact in the foyer. A Bob Marley photo set provides a glimpse into the rare art featured throughout the home. Leanne Ford is a master at creating beautiful, textural arrangements. As seen on HGTV's Restoration by the Fords, a wooden midcentury-modern cabinet is topped with a photograph as well as two sculptural pieces. Samuel Design was challenged by the task of creating a modern and clean look for a historic 200-year-old home located in Old Santa Fe. To strike the right tone, they kept it light, allowing architecture's lines to guide their work. They also kept the color palette neutral, adding some warm colors and rich texture via accessories and artwork.

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world. Please send us an email with your address before placing an order outside of the US and Canada though. We need to partially charge you for shipping when you place your order.

Just send us an email with your order number and we’ll send you instructions.  We will give you a full refund within the first 60 days after your order ships out.  After that, we have to charge a 25% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless you are swapping for a different design or size.

We find rug pads are not necessary to protect your flooring. However, some people choose to use rug pads to prevent their rug from sliding around.
